Microwave Ultrafast Heating on Iron‐based Nanogap Catalysts for CO2 Reduction Coupling with Coke Removal

This study employs a nanogap‐induced microwave discharge strategy to pretreat coke deposits on iron‐based catalysts with engineered nanogaps, causing ultrarapid heating to 1990 K within seconds, selectively eliminating >70% surface carbon deposits and converting waste plastics and greenhouse gases into syngas.

This study develops an iridium‐based nanozyme (IIN@M) with superior enzyme‐like activity and photothermal performance. Ce‐Doped Lignin‐Based Nanozyme with Heat‐Activated Hydrolase Activity

A novel Ce‐doped lignin‐based hydrolase nanozyme (Ce‐AL) is synthesized using Ce ions coordinated with aminated industrial lignin. The Ce‐AL effectively hydrolyzes phosphate ester bonds and protein amide bonds, maintain high activity at 100°C, and successfully fights bacteria biofilms.
