Revista Brasileira de Zoologia, 1990 Tadpoles of Hyla bipunctata Spix and H. meridiana Lutz are described and illustrated, both belonging to the "microcephala" group, occurring in the State of Rio de Janeiro. In spite of the large resemblance existent between the tadpoles of these species, they can be distinguished by morphologic aspects, coloration and dimensions on several stages.
