不同分期前列腺癌组织中AKR1C3的表达

目的检测不同分期前列腺癌组织中AKR1C3的表达,分析AKR1C3表达水平与前列腺癌进展之间的关系。方法收集46例人前列腺良性增生及前列腺癌穿刺组织样本,免疫组织化学染色方法检测AKR1C3的表达,以Gleason评分分析AKR1C3表达平与前列腺癌进程的关系。结果在正常前列腺上皮、和良性前列腺增生组织内AKR1C3呈低表达,在前列腺癌组织内随着Gleason评分的升高,AKR1C3表达逐渐升高。结论 AKR1C3的表达水平与Gleason评分呈正相关性,提示AKR1C3可作为评价前列腺癌恶性程度的指标。
