pH/ROS‐Responsive Injectable Hydrogel Co‐Loaded with B7‐H3 Blocker and NETs Suppressor Boosts OSCC Synergistic Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A pH/ROS‐dual‐responsive injectable hydrogel, formed by dynamic boronic ester and Schiff base crosslinking, co‐delivers enoblituzumab (B7‐H3 blocker) and Cl‐amidine (NETs suppressor). Via localized intratumoral delivery, it synergistically reprograms the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, overcomes T cell infiltration barriers, restores ...

Design and Simulation Analysis of Lower Limit Follow-up Mechanism of Submerged Glider Based on the Parallel Four-bar Linkage

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2023
The wave glider is a new type of unmanned observation platform on water surface, which can generate forward thrust by obtaining wave energy through the swing of submerged glider's hydrofoils.

Preliminary study of tug-glider freight systems utilizing a Boeing 747 as the tug [PDF]

open access: yes
Performance of the tug-glider system was severely limited by ground run. In most cases studied, additional engines were necessary. Except at short ranges for which additional payload were carried in the tow plane, the productivity of the basic aircraft ...

Analytical and scale model research aimed at improved hangglider design [PDF]

open access: yes, 1979
Research consisted of a theoretical analysis which attempts to predict aerodynamic characteristics using lifting surface theory and finite-element structural analysis as well as an experimental investigation using 1/5 scale elastically similar models in ...

Helix Alignment, Chevrons, and Edge Dislocations in Twist‐Bend Ferroelectric Nematics

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The recently discovered twist‐bend ferroelectric nematic (NTBF) is the new member of the multiferroic family, representing a fluid with an oblique helicoidal (heliconical) periodic structure of spontaneous electric polarization. The work presents a thorough exploration of the material properties of this phase, how the periodic modulation of ...

ZBTB21 Is a Dual Suppressor of Pyroptosis and MHC‐I Antigen Presentation That Promotes Tumor Immune Evasion

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ZBTB21 is a transcription factor that epigenetically suppresses pyroptosis and MHC‐I antigen presentation, enabling tumor immune evasion. Genetic ablation of ZBTB21 activates pyroptotic cell death and enhances antigen presentation, recruiting CD8+ T cells to overcome immune checkpoint blockade resistance.

Optimal trajectory generation in ocean flows [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
In this paper it is shown that Lagrangian Coherent Structures (LCS) are useful in determining near optimal trajectories for autonomous underwater gliders in a dynamic ocean environment.

Multimodal AI‐Driven Identification of Dehydrocostus Lactone as a Potent Renal Fibrosis Attenuator Targeting IQGAP1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Renal fibrosis, a hallmark of CKD, lacks effective treatments. Herein, we developed a multimodal AI model (TCM‐SPred) to identify anti‐fibrotic agents and found that dehydrocostus lactone (DCL) targets IQGAP1 to inhibit Wnt signaling, blocking the interaction between IQGAP1 and CCT3, demonstrating potent anti‐fibrotic activity in vitro and in vivo ...

Experimental application of gliders communication system in South China Sea

open access: yesFrontiers in Communications and Networks
Utilizing the motion characteristics of underwater gliders, a water acoustic communication system based on heterogeneous gliders was designed. The system consists of a surface wave glider and an acoustic underwater glider, which are respectively equipped
