GLOBAL BIFURCATION FOR GENERALIZED LAPLACIAN OPERATORS [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Korean Mathematical Society, 2009
Global bifurcation theorems are proved for the nonlinear equation \(\text{div} (\varphi|\nabla u|\nabla u)+\mu_0\varphi(|u|)\) \(u=q (\lambda,x,u,\nabla u)\) in \(D\), \(u=0\) on \(\partial D\). Here, \(D\) is a smooth bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^n\), \(\mu_0\) is not an eigenvalue for the \(p\)-Laplacian operator, \(\varphi\) is a Carathéodory ...

The KIF6‐RBP Complex Orchestrates mRNA Transport Required for Sperm Flagellar Assembly

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Two homozygous deleterious KIF6 variants are identified in unrelated men with impaired sperm motility. Mouse models and multi‐omics analyses reveal that KIF6 cooperates with the RNA‐binding proteins FMRP and FXR1 to deliver mRNAs essential for sperm flagellar assembly, linking disrupted mRNA transport to reduced abundance of key structural and ...

Targeting the ATX‐LPA Axis Overcomes TKI Resistance and Immunosuppression in Renal Cell Carcinoma via Dual Inhibition of AKT/mTOR and TBK1/IRF3 Pathways

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Therapeutic resistance limits durable survival in advanced/metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) treated with first‐line tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) plus immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). We sought to define key resistance drivers and actionable targets.

Wafer‐Scale Atomically‐Thin Gold: Transferable Platform for Flexible Optoelectronics, Thermal Management and Bio‐Interfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Combining template stripping with a graphene‐inspired transfer yields continuous, transferable gold films at 6‐inch wafer scale with thicknesses approaching the atomic limit. The atomically smooth, near‐bulk‐quality films offer above 86% transmittance and sub‐20 Ω/square sheet resistance, serving as a universal platform for flexible optoelectronics ...

Targeted Degradation of STING by a Neutrophil Membrane‐Coated Nanoplatform Suppresses Microglial Pyroptosis After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MG1@NM‐Px serves as a microglia‐targeted STING‐degrading nanoplatform for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Following systemic administration, it crosses the blood–brain barrier and accumulates in activated microglia. STP1‐mediated STING ubiquitination and degradation suppress MAPK/inflammasome signaling, GSDME‐mediated pyroptosis, and IL‐1β release, revealing ...

Emergent Spinning and Orbital Motion in Clustered Wind‐Assisted Flyers

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inspired by natural snowflake geometries, paper‐cut flyers exhibit geometry‐defined spinning and orbital motions during cluster formation in a wind tunnel. Collective flights of multiple paperflakes reveal dynamic clustering, fragmentation, and continuously evolving spin behaviors.

Neimark-Sacker Bifurcation Analysis for a Discrete-Time System of Two Neurons

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2012
A class of discrete-time system modelling a network with two neurons is considered. First, we investigate the global stability of the given system. Next, we study the local stability by techniques developed by Kuznetsov to discrete-time systems.

Modelling and bifurcation analysis in a hybrid bioeconomic system with gestation delay and additive Allee effect

open access: yesAdvances in Difference Equations, 2018
In this paper, we investigate a delayed differential algebraic prey–predator system, where commercial harvesting on predator and additive Allee effect on prey are considered.
