Nonlinear dynamic response and global stability of an air compressor vibration system
This study proposes a strategy for the vibration isolation mounting of an air compressor to attenuate the vibration near the primary resonance region by using a system with dynamic negative stiffness.

Global Phase Portrait of a Rolling Motion of Ships Equation
Abstract This paper studies the global dynamics of the rolling motion of ships in random beam seas model described by the equation $$\begin{aligned} \ddot{x}+ (2\mu + \delta x^2){\dot{x}} + \omega ^2 x-\frac{1}{a^2} x^3=0, \end{aligned}$$

Any singular irreducible cubic curve (or simply, cubic) after an affine transformation can be written as either [Formula: see text], or [Formula: see text], or [Formula: see text]. We classify the phase portraits of all quadratic polynomial differential systems having the invariant cubic [Formula: see text]. We prove that there are [Formula: see text]

Quadratic systems with two invariant real straight lines and an invariant parabola
After the linear differential systems in the plane the easiest ones are the quadratic polynomial differential systems. Due to their nonlinearity and also to their many applications these systems have been studied by many authors. Let QS denote the set of

We classify the global phase portraits in the Poincar\'e disc of the differential systems =-y xf(x,y), =x yf(x,y), where f(x,y) is a homogeneous polynomial of degree 3. These systems have a uniform isochronous center at the origin. This paper together with the results presented in IL2 completes the classification of the global phase portraits in the ...

This article details the development of an artery‐on‐chip platform for in vitro arterial disease modeling and therapeutic discovery. It describes the fabrication of a fibrin biomaterial scaffold seeded with iPSC‐derived smooth muscle and endothelial cells, mimicking native artery properties. Two genetic disease models showcase the platform's ability to

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Global Phase Portrait and Bifurcation Diagram for a Multi-Parametric Linear System
The goal of this article is to conduct a global dynamics study of a linear multiparameter system (real parameters (a,b,c) in R^3); for this, we take the different changes that these parameters present. First, we find the different parametric surfaces in which the space is divided, where the stability of the critical point is defined; we then create a ...
