A variational proof of global stability for bistable travelling waves
We give a variational proof of global stability for bistable travelling waves of scalar reaction-diffusion equations on the real line. In particular, we recover some of the classical results by P. Fife and J.B.

Urinary LGALS3BP is elevated in bladder cancer patients compared to healthy controls as detected by the 1959 antibody–based ELISA. The antibody shows enhanced reactivity to the high‐mannose glycosylated variant secreted by cancer cells treated with kifunensine (KIF).

HDAC4 is degraded by the E3 ligase FBXW7. In colorectal cancer, FBXW7 mutations prevent HDAC4 degradation, leading to oxaliplatin resistance. Forced degradation of HDAC4 using a PROTAC compound restores drug sensitivity by resetting the super‐enhancer landscape, reprogramming the epigenetic state of FBXW7‐mutated cells to resemble oxaliplatin ...

Global stability of traveling waves for delay reaction-diffusion systems without quasi-monotonicity
This article concerns the global stability of traveling waves of a reaction-diffusion system with delay and without quasi-monotonicity. We prove that the traveling waves (monotone or non-monotone) are exponentially stable in $L^\infty(\mathbb{R ...

We developed and validated a DNA methylation–based biomarker panel to distinguish pleural mesothelioma from other pleural conditions. Using the IMPRESS technology, we translated this panel into a clinically applicable assay. The resulting two classifier models demonstrated excellent performance, achieving high AUC values and strong diagnostic accuracy.
