Radiative Cooling by Green(er) Solvents‐Upcycled Polyvinyl Chloride From Drug Blisters Waste
This study explores upcycling poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) from used pharmaceutical blisters into sustainable radiative cooling materials. Using solvent separation and membrane fabrication, PVC was converted into white membranes paired with aluminum foil.

On–Off Switchable Micromotors for Use in Steerable Microvehicles
Electrically controllable micromotors and microvehicles are developed by tuning the diffusion of the fuel. Self‐propelled micromotors using bubble propulsion show great promise for miniaturized devices with multiuse purposes such as cargo delivery and sensing. However, there is currently no method to electrically switch the micromotors on or off. Here,

Non-equilibrium temperatures in steady-state systems with conserved energy
We study a class of non-equilibrium lattice models describing local redistributions of a globally conserved quantity, which is interpreted as an energy.

Model of circNrip1 (cNrip1) upregulation driving neuropathic pain mechanisms. After peripheral nerve injury, increased FUS triggers the formation and upregulation of cNrip1 in injured DRG neurons. Upregulated cNrip1 recruits SYNCRIP to the 3′‐UTR of Tlr2 mRNA by binding to both, thereby promoting SYNCRIP‐triggered Tlr2 mRNA stability and increasing ...

Did Antisemitism in Public Opinion Rise in the Wake of the Israel–Hamas War?
Israel’s military response in Gaza to Hamas’s terrorist attack and hostage taking of 7 October 2023 has led to fears of growing antisemitism. Indications of heightened antisemitism include massive spikes in antisemitic incidents and hate crimes around ...

Fermionic Molecular Dynamics [PDF]
A quantum molecular model for fermions is investigated which works with antisymmetrized many-body states composed of localized single-particle wave packets.

Mild Focal Cooling Decouples Dendrites to Reconfigure Cortical Output
Mild cooling of the cortical surface selectively modulates apical dendritic excitability, plasticity, and somato‐dendritic coupling, while uncoupling these effects from basal dendrites, and reshapes apical‐driven responses in barrel cortex during whisker touch.

Modeling neutral-atmospheric electromagnetic delays in a “big data” world
If left unmodeled, the delay suffered by electromagnetic waves while crossing the neutral atmosphere negatively affects Global Navigation Satellite System positioning. The modeling of the delay has been carried out by means of empirical models formulated
