Lactate accumulation after SCI promotes H4K12la lactylation, which upregulates NDUFS7, triggering mitochondrial RET and ROS, enforcing pro‐inflammatory microglial polarization. MM@mPTC, a biomimetic nanotherapeutic, degrades LDHA in activated microglia, reducing H4K12la lactylation and blocking RET, thus curbing ROS, fostering a reparative phenotype ...

An efficient radiosynthesis of fluorine‐18 labeled gluconic acid ([18F]FGA) was developed using two readily available materials, 2‐deoxy‐2‐[18F]fluoro‐D‐glucose ([18F]FDG) and glucose oxidase. [18F]FGA is highly specific for bacterial gluconate metabolism mediated by gluconate permease (GntP) and gluconate kinase (GntK), with rapid clearance, low off ...

An oxygen‐controlled iridium‐oxide (IrOx) nano‐net structure is developed to enhance the sensitivity of metal‐electrolyte‐metal‐insulator‐silicon (MEMIS) biosensors. Integrated with a deep learning model, this platform achieves a high accuracy of 94.8% for detecting the breast cancer biomarker LOXL2.

A meso‐carboxamide‐substituted BODIPY fluorescent probe reports myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity via electrophilic chlorination by MPO‐derived HOCl, generating a highly emissive chlorinated product with a ca. 40 nm bathochromic shift. Applications in quantitative MPO assays, cellular imaging of MPO‐derived HOCl, redox‐dependent discrimination of cancer ...

Chinese Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Finerenone in Geriatric Comorbidities
Mineralocorticoid receptor (MR) overactivation drives inflammation, oxidative stress, and fibrosis in the heart, kidneys, and vasculature, leading to cardiorenal dysfunction. MR signaling promotes hypertrophy, remodeling, and injury through pathways like oxidative stress and inflammation, resulting in vascular stiffness and progressive organ damage ...

Patient‐Derived Fibroblasts as a Clinically Relevant Model of Kearns–Sayre Syndrome
Objective Kearns–Sayre syndrome (KSS) is characterized by single large‐scale mitochondrial DNA deletions and by severe early‐onset clinical manifestations with neurological involvement. Reliable disease models, as well as validated biomarkers or effective treatments, are lacking.

Efeito da glucose-oxidase sobre a produção de celulase
With the object to decrease the glucose inhibitory effect over cellulose, Trichoderma reesei QM 9414 was cultivated in the presence of 72,000 units (4g) of glucose-oxidase per liter culture media.
