Visible GeV ALP from TeV Vector‐Like Leptons
Abstract A model is presented where a GeV axion‐like‐particle (ALP) is predicted in a large portion of the parameter space due to the presence of explicit Peccei–Quinn (PQ) symmetry‐breaking terms in an exotic leptonic sector. The latter provides a solution to the muon g−2$g-2$ anomaly, within the framework of the Linear Seesaw neutrino mechanism.

Thermalization of gluons at RHIC: Dependence on initial conditions
We investigate how thermalization of gluons depends on the initial conditions assumed in ultrarelativistic heavy ion collisions at RHIC. The study is based on simulations employing the pQCD inspired parton cascade solving the Boltzmann equation for ...

Higher order corrections to QCD jets: Gluon-gluon processes
Abstract We evaluate the full o(αs3) cross sections for the processes g+g→g+X and g+g→q+X, relevant for jet production at large pT at very high energies. Some phenomenological applications of our results at Sp p S and Tevatron energies are also presented.

On Optimizing Resources for Real‐Time End‐to‐End Machine Learning in Heterogeneous Edges
ABSTRACT Deploying end‐to‐end ML applications on edge resources becomes a viable solution to achieve performance and data regulations. With the microservice architecture, these applications can scale dynamically, improving service availability under dynamic workloads.

MUSAE: Fusion of art and technology to address challenges in food and health
Abstract There is an urgent need to transform our current food system to improve population health/wellbeing and planetary health. A number of challenges exist in order to achieve this. Artists, with their innate ability to use imagination to envision future needs and solve problems, represent a key group in this transformation.

On gauge amplitudes first appearing at two loops
We study scattering amplitudes in massless non-abelian gauge theory where all outgoing gluons have positive helicity. It has been argued recently by Costello that for a particular fermion representation (8 fundamentals plus one antisymmetric-tensor ...

Effective actions for high energy scattering in QCD and in gravity
The scattering amplitudes in QCD and gravity at high energies are described in terms of reggeized gluons and gravitons, respectively. In particular, the BFKL Pomeron in N = 4 SUSY is dual to the reggeized graviton living in the 10-dimensional anti-de ...

Eikonal amplitudes for three-hard legs processes at finite-Nc
We extend our previous work on scattering amplitudes [1] to hadron collisions. We provide a general formalism for the computation of eikonal amplitudes squared for the radiation of soft and energy-ordered gluons off three massless hard-legs at finite-Nc ...

Gluon emission in Quark-Gluon Plasma
Gluon radiation is an important mechanism for parton energy loss as the parton traverses the quark gluon plasma (QGP) medium. We studied the gluon emission in QGP using AMY formalism. In the present work, we obtained gluon emission amplitude {\bf F}({\bf h},p,k) function, which is a solution of the integral equations describing gluon radiation ...
