Towards the next QCD Frontier with the Electron Ion Collider

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2016
In this talk, we argue that the proposed Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) with its unique capability to collide polarized electrons with polarized protons and light ions at unprecedented luminosity, and with heavy nuclei at high energy, will be the most ...

Schwinger effect for non-Abelian gauge bosons

open access: yesPhysical Sciences and Technology, 2018
We investigate the Schwinger effect for the gauge bosons in an unbroken non-Abelian gauge theory ( e.g.the gluons of QCD). For the simplicity the SU 2 non-Abelian gauge theory is considered.

Expanding single-trace YMS amplitudes with gauge-invariant coefficients

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
In this note, we use the new bottom-up method based on soft theorems to recursively construct the expansion of single-trace Yang–Mills-scalar amplitudes.

Deriving the QCD evolution equations under the Abelian decomposition scheme

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields
The Abelian decomposition of QCD reveals two types of gluons: color-neutral “neurons” and color-carrying “chromons”. This classification does not alter the overall properties of QCD, but the investigation of different types of gluon dynamics is necessary.
