Classical Initial Conditions for Nucleus-Nucleus Collisions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
We present the results of an analytical calculation of the distribution of gluons in the state immediately following a heavy ion collision in the quasi-classical limit of QCD given by McLerran-Venugopalan model. We show that the typical transverse energy

Topological ?vector gluons? [PDF]

open access: yesZeitschrift fr Physik C Particles and Fields, 1982
A topological representation for individual quark chirality is proposed which eliminates spin lines from the classical surface and provides “chiral entropy” through patch-boundary lines that correspond to chirality reversal. The effect on quark spin makes it appropriate to describe such a patch-boundary line as a “topological vector gluon”.

The dimensionally reduced description of the high energy scattering and the effective action for the reggeized gluons

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2018
We discuss the high energy scattering of hadrons with the multi-Regge kinematics. The effective 2D model for the interaction between the produced hard gluons appears as a result of the dimensional reduction, which is similar to the dimensional reduction $

Gluons at finite temperature [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The gluon propagator is investigated at finite temperature via lattice simulations. In particular, we discuss its interpretation as a massive-type bosonic propagator.

Gluon-gluon fusion production mode.

open access: yes, 2013
This Report summarizes the results of the activities in 2012 and the first half of 2013 of the LHC Higgs Cross Section Working Group. The main goal of the working group was to present the state of the art of Higgs Physics at the LHC, integrating all new results that have appeared in the last few years. This report follows the first working group report

Off-diagonal Gluon Mass Generation and Infrared Abelian Dominance in Maximally Abelian Gauge in SU(3) Lattice QCD [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
In SU(3) lattice QCD formalism, we propose a method to extract gauge fields from link-variables analytically. With this method, we perform the first study on effective mass generation of off-diagonal gluons and infrared Abelian dominance in the maximally

The cross section for four-gluon production by gluon-gluon fusion

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 1986
Abstract The cross section for two-gluon to four-gluon scattering is given in a form suitable for fast numerical calculations.

A New Method for Calculating the Energies Associated with Particle Reactions

open access: yesReports in Advances of Physical Sciences
A new method in which the energy and mass of elementary particles can be calculated is presented. Gluon-gluon interactions within a single elementary particle are considered, and the number of possible interactions per particle is determined.
