The Impact of Conjugation Mode and Site on Tubulysin Antibody‐Drug‐Conjugate Efficacy and Stability
ChemistryOpen, EarlyView.Two biotransformation events, payload metabolism and deconjugation, are profiled using immuno‐capture ligand‐binding assays and mass spectrometry. The site‐specific antibody‐drug conjugate (ADC) demonstrates superior in vivo efficacy and favorable pharmacokinetics compared to site‐directed or random ADCs.
