The improved overlay medium for plaque titrations was investigated on two strains of herpes simplex virus using GMK cells. Molecular Characterization and Antifungal Profiling of Nine Phenotypic Aspergillus nidulans Isolates: A Case Series From North India

In a case series from a hospital in North India, A. nidulans strains isolated from patients with pulmonary aspergillosis were phenotypically identified and then underwent molecular characterization through sequencing of the amplified ITS1‐5.8S rDNA‐ITS2 region and antifungal susceptibility testing (AST) according to the CLSI M38A3 guidelines.

‘But I can't preregister my research’: Improving the reproducibility and transparency of ecology and conservation with adaptive preregistration for model‐based research

Abstract Preregistration is an open science practice which aims to improve research transparency and mitigate questionable research practices, like cherry‐picking results. It helps protect against cognitive biases, like hindsight bias, that can influence how study outcomes are interpreted.
