Development of radio telescope receiver based on GNU radio and USRP

2015 1st International Conference on Wireless and Telematics (ICWT), 2015
This paper presents the development of radio telescope receiver based on GNU radio and Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP). Usually an existing radio telescope receiver is only able to be used for fixed frequency and signal processing system; hence the other different frequency receiver needs to be carried out with different types of observation.

Dynamic wireless spectrum access using GNU Radio and software‐defined radios

International Journal of Communication Systems, 2019
SummaryThis paper presents the design, implementation, and results from a dynamic wireless spectrum access system built using GNU Radio and software‐defined radios (SDRs) as part of an undergraduate senior design project. The project involved designing and implementing a dynamic wireless spectrum access system in which the secondary user (SU) learns ...

An IEEE 802.11a/g/p OFDM receiver for GNU radio

Proceedings of the second workshop on Software radio implementation forum, 2013
Experimental research on wireless communication protocols frequently requires full access to all protocol layers, down to and including the physical layer. Software Defined Radio (SDR) hardware platforms, together with real-time signal processing frameworks, offer a basis to implement transceivers that can allow such experimentation and sophisticated ...
