Endogenous gold of the russian Altai
The Altai of Russia in the geological and metallogenic sense includes the Altai Mountains and the northwestern part of Rudny Altai, and in administrative terms – the Altai Territory and the Altai Republic. Gorny Altai has experienced a complex history of

Hydraulic borehole mining method possible application at Middle Larba alluvial gold field
Gold on placer deposits is mainly extracted in two ways: open and underground. But the open method of mining has a great negative impact on the environment, and the mine method is characterized by high labor intensity, capital and operating costs.

Superficial Nanotextures of Placer Gold
The methods of high-resolution electron microscopy were applied to study nanotextures on the surface of placer gold grains (the Urals, Siberia, Altai in Russia, Yukon Territory in Canada, etc.). Among superficial nanotextures, the cracks, furrows, pores, films, inclusions, monolayers, complicated aggregates with gold of relevant size were described. It

Mineralogy of alluvial sediments of Avzyan gold region (the Southern Urals)
The Avzyan gold region is located within the Bashkirian anticlinorium and includes lode gold deposits and placers. The Gorny Priisk, Bogryashka and Ulyuk-Bar gold deposits are hosted in the Riphean metamorphosed carbonaceous sequence.

This study reveals that the small GTPase Rab14 is necessary for human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and plays an essential role in the transport of virions to the trans‐Golgi network (TGN). HPV in the early endosome (EE), which harbors GTP‐bound Rab14, is transported to the TGN through the switch of Rab14 from its GTP‐bound to GDP‐bound form.

We present robust protocols for the preparation of supported lipid bilayers (SLBs) incorporating either Salmonella smooth LPS or outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). We use a combination of quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and fluorescence microscopy to both characterize the SLBs of various compositions and to probe their interactions ...
