Advanced Optical Materials, Volume 13, Issue 29, October 13, 2025.A novel reducing agent, trioctylamine‐alane (TOA‐AlH3), is reported for the synthesis of amino‐As‐based colloidal InAs quantum dots (QDs). The use of TOA‐AlH3 in an ad‐hoc seeded‐growth method with ZnCl2 as an additive delivers InAs QDs with narrow size distributions and excitonic absorption extending up to 1300 nm.
