Epidemiology of Leukemia and Multiple Myeloma in Golestan, Iran
The aim of this paper was to present the incidence rates of leukemia and multiple myeloma (MM) in Golestan province located in northeastern Iran during 2004-2009.This was a descriptive cross-sectional study. This study reveals widespread exposure to Echinococcus granulosus in cattle and buffaloes across Punjab, Pakistan (overall seroprevalence 45.81%), with marked geographic, species, age, sex and breed‐related differences. Findings highlight high‐risk areas and support targeted, One Health–based surveillance and control strategies.

Postharvest Preservation of Red Apples Using Edible Coatings and Packaging
Spermidine coating combined with zipper bag packaging significantly reduced weight loss and preserved phenolic content in “Red Delicious” apples during cold storage. This integrated approach maintained dimensional stability, antioxidant activity, and marketable quality for over 30 days.
