Oral Engineered Extracellular Vesicles Based on Ion Exchange Strategy for Multipronged Management of Wilson's Disease Complicated with Reproductive Dysfunction Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 38, October 13, 2025.
This study reports for the first time an oral targeted nanomedicine that conducts ion exchange through engineered Ganoderma‐derived extracellular vesicle, managing both the in‐copper and ex‐copper in a multi‐pronged approach, offering a promising therapeutic strategy for addressing WD with reproductive dysfunction.

Research on the Application of Green Ecological Additive Combinations During the Breeding Period of Redclaw Crayfish

open access: yesAquaculture, Fish and Fisheries, Volume 5, Issue 5, October 2025.

A Splice‐Region Variant Causes an Atypical Presentation of GNAS Inactivation Disorder

open access: yesAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part A, Volume 197, Issue 10, October 2025.
ABSTRACT Pathogenic variants in GNAS can cause a wide range of diseases including pseudohypoparathyroidism, pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism, McCune‐Albright syndrome, among others. The specific phenotypic features that may be seen are influenced by the variant type and location in the gene, whether it causes loss or gain of function, and whether it is ...

Unraveling Delayed Puberty: A Rare Case of Congenital Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism Masked by Celiac Disease and Plummer–Vinson Syndrome

open access: yesClinical Case Reports, Volume 13, Issue 10, October 2025.
ABSTRACT Congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (CHH) is a rare disorder that results in delayed puberty and infertility due to impaired secretion of gonadotropin‐releasing hormone (GnRH). Here, we present a case of a 25‐year‐old male with a known history of Plummer–Vinson syndrome and celiac disease, who presented with the chief complaints of easy ...
