Emerging trends in the management of non‐obstructive azoospermia
Abstract Ten percent of infertile males have azoospermia, classified into obstructive and nonobstructive types, which require specific medical or surgical treatments. In nonobstructive azoospermia, advancements in microsurgery allow for effective sperm retrieval in about half of cases.

Isolated asthenozoospermia: What should we know? A narrative review of literature
ABSTRACT Male infertility contributes to 20%–70% of infertile couple cases worldwide. One of the key challenges in this area is asthenozoospermia or reduced sperm motility. A particular subset, known as isolated asthenozoospermia (iASZ), in which low motility occurs without abnormalities in sperm count or shape, often goes unnoticed and is not well ...

Determination of the glycoforms of human chorionic gonadotropin b-core fragment by matrix-assisted laser desoption/ionisation time of flight mass spectrometry [PDF]
Background: Metabolism of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in the serum and kidney yields the terminal urinary product hCG ß-core fragment (hCGßcf), comprising two disulfide-linked peptides (ß6-ß40 and ß55-ß92) of which one (ß6-ß40) retains truncated N-

Stress rapidly suppresses in vivo LH pulses and increases activation of RFRP-3 neurons in male mice [PDF]
Restraint stress is a psychosocial stressor that suppresses reproductive status, including LH pulsatile secretion, but the neuroendocrine mechanisms underlying this inhibition remains unclear.

Comparison of Luteal Support Protocols in Frozen IVF/ICSI Cycles: A Network Meta‐Analysis
ABSTRACT Background Luteal support is a core success factor of frozen embryo transfers (FET). However, inconsistency across recommended protocols generates notable heterogeneity across reproductive outcomes. Objective To determine the most effective luteal support strategy (LPS) based on five key factors related to the effectiveness of FET cycles ...
