Site Interiography and Geophysical Scanning: Interpreting the Texture and Form of Archaeological Deposits with Ground-Penetrating Radar [PDF]
The remarkable potential of geophysical scanning—to assess the internal variability of sites in new ways, to highlight important phenomena in the field, to exercise co-creation of interpretation and commitment to minimal destruction of community partners’

2D α‐Co(OH)2 interleaved with Mo species displays an appealing dual functionality for the production and use of green hydrogen.Mo incorporation greatly benefits the electrochemical behaviour in Oxygen Evolution Reaction for H2 production, while the magnetocaloric response at liquid H2 temperature paves the way for alternative cryogenic refrigerants ...

Sediment and particulate carbon removal by pipe erosion increase over time in blanket peatlands as a consequence of land drainage [PDF]
Land drainage is common in peatlands. Artificially drained blanket peat catchments have been shown to have a significantly greater soil pipe density than intact catchments.

Active Learning‐Guided Accelerated Discovery of Ultra‐Efficient High‐Entropy Thermoelectrics
An active learning framework is introduced for the accelerated discovery of high‐entropy chalcogenides with superior thermoelectric performance. Only 80 targeted syntheses, selected from 16206 possible combinations, led to three high‐performance compositions, demonstrating the remarkable efficiency of data‐driven guidance in experimental materials ...

The first maps of κd - the dust mass absorption coefficient - in nearby galaxies, with DustPedia [PDF]
The dust mass absorption coefficient, κd is the conversion function used to infer physical dust masses from observations of dust emission. However, it is notoriously poorly constrained, and it is highly uncertain how it varies, either between or within ...

Untethered Magnetic Microswimmers for Targeted Particle Transport and Flow Manipulation
This work introduces magnetically actuated microswimmers to dynamically reconfigure fluid flow within a single microfluidic device. Multiple homogeneous microswimmers are independently controlled by an external magnetic field to perform translational and rotational motions, thereby inducing real‐time flow manipulation.

Machine Learning for Green Solvents: Assessment, Selection and Substitution
Environmental regulations have intensified demand for green solvents, but discovery is limited by Solvent Selection Guides (SSGs) that quantify solvent sustainability. Training a machine learning model on GlaxoSmithKline SSG, a database of sustainability metrics for 10,189 solvents, GreenSolventDB is developed. Integrated with Hansen solubility metrics,

Mechanistic schematic diagram.BPGM promotes the expression level of RET by increasing the lactylation of RET‐K549 and inhibiting its ubiquitination levels in HCC cells. Furthermore, BPGM in HCC cells could also promote M2 polarization in macrophages through lactate secretion. Both of the mechanisms could promote the progression of HCC. ABSTRACT Aerobic
