GPU-Accelerated Flexible Molecular Docking
The Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 2021Virtual screening is a key enabler of computational drug discovery and requires accurate and efficient structure-based molecular docking. In this work, we develop algorithms and software building blocks for molecular docking that can take advantage of graphics processing units (GPUs).

CellProfiler excels at bridging the gap between advanced image analysis algorithms and scientists who lack computational expertise. It lacks however high performance capabilities needed for High Throughput Imaging experiments where workloads reach hundreds of TB of data and are computationally very demanding.

GPU accelerated 3DES encryption
Concurrency and Computation: Practice and Experience, 2021AbstractTriple DES (3DES) is a NIST and ISO/IEC standard block cipher that is also used in some web browsers and several electronic payment applications. We propose an optimized bit‐level parallelization of 3DES for GPU accelerated encryption to allow processing high volumes of data.

GPU‐accelerated molecular mechanics computations
Journal of Computational Chemistry, 2013In this article, we describe an improved cell‐list approach designed to match the Kepler architecture of General‐purpose graphics processing units (GPGPU). We explain how our approach improves load balancing for the above algorithm and how warp intrinsics are used to implement Newton's third law for the nonbonded force calculations.
