Identifiability and model selection frameworks for models of high-grade glioma response to chemoradiation

We have developed a family of biology-based mathematical models of high-grade glioma (HGG), capturing the key features of tumour growth and response to chemoradiation. Developmental programmes drive cellular plasticity, disease progression and therapy resistance in lung adenocarcinoma

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state.
