Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Dual‐Layer Living Hydrogel Enables On‐Demand Delivery of Phages and Probiotics for Synergistic Wound Infection Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A dual‐layer living hydrogel, ProΦGel, integrates bacteriophages and probiotics for synergistic wound infection therapy. The outer gelatin‐based matrix releases phages on demand in response to P. aeruginosa infections, while inner alginate beads sustain probiotic delivery.

MAPPING PROPERTY FOR BILINEAR $\Theta$-TYPE GENERALIZED FRACTIONAL INTEGRAL OPERATOR ON GRAND VARIABLE EXPONENTS HERZ-MORREY SPACES

open access: yesJournal of Applied Analysis & Computation
Summary: The aim of this paper is to establish the boundedness of the bilinear \(\theta \)-type generalized fractional integral operators \(B\widetilde{T}_{\beta,\theta}\) and their commutators \(B\widetilde{T}_{\beta,\theta,b_1,b_2} \), generated by \(b_1,b_2\in \mathrm{BMO}(\mathbb{R}^n)\) and \(B\widetilde{T}_{\beta,\theta} \), on Lebesgue spaces ...

A New Threshold Switching Device With Tunable Negative Differential Resistance Based on ErMnO3 Polymorphs

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Polymorph engineering in ErMnO3 enables low‐voltage, forming‐free threshold switching with tunable negative differential resistance. Conducting orthorhombic regions embedded in an insulating hexagonal matrix provide controlled Joule‐heating‐enhanced Poole–Frenkel transport. The hexagonal phase prevents excessive heating and breakdown.

Nanothermometry in Living Cells: Physical Limits, Conceptual and Material Challenges

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Heat and temperature are fundamental to life. When nanothermometers began probing regions as small as a living cell, they triggered controversial claims of large intracellular temperature gradients. We review physical constraints energy‐conservation, entropy production, thermodynamic fluctuations, and molecular dynamics.

The commutators of n-dimensional rough fractional Hardy operators on two weighted Grand Herz–Morrey spaces with variable exponents

open access: yesArabian Journal of Mathematics
In this paper, we obtain the boundedness of $m$th order commutators generated by the $n$-dimensional fractional Hardy operator with rough kernel and its adjoint operator with BMO functions on two weighted grand Herz-Morrey spaces with variable exponents. Replacing Lipschitz functions with BMO functions the corresponding result is also given.
