Evaluation of Systemic Inflammatory Markers in Predicting Malignancy in Parotid Gland Tumors
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.Preoperative systemic inflammatory indices may assist in distinguishing benign from malignant parotid tumors. In this cohort of 259 patients undergoing parotidectomy, malignant tumors were associated with higher neutrophil‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet‐to‐lymphocyte ratio (PLR) values, as well as larger tumor size and older age.

Small, EarlyView.Cancer nanovaccines have emerged as promising alternatives to conventional cancer vaccines, which have shown limited clinical efficacy. In particular, cell membrane nanoparticle‐based nanovaccines can offer high biocompatibility and immunogenicity while preserving tumor antigens, including antigen repertoires.
