Application of Multimodal Ultrasound Combined With BI‐RADS in Classification and Diagnosis of Non‐Mass Breast Lesions

This study demonstrates that integrating microvascular flow imaging, shear wave elastography, and contrast‐enhanced ultrasound with the BI‐RADS classification significantly improves the diagnostic accuracy for non‐mass breast lesions, offering a more reliable tool for differentiating benign from malignant findings.

Epiglottic Ulceration as an Initial Manifestation of Crohn's Disease

ABSTRACT Crohn's disease can present with various extraintestinal symptoms; however, laryngeal involvement, particularly epiglottic ulcers, is rare. A 52‐year‐old man presented with a sore throat. Laryngeal endoscopy revealed an epiglottic ulcer. He had no gastrointestinal symptoms.

Abstract Rates of rubella infection and congenital rubella syndrome decreased significantly since the introduction of the rubella vaccine in 1969. Endemic rubella was declared eliminated in the United States in 2004, and since 2012, all rubella cases in the United States have been associated with infections acquired abroad.

Abstract Extra‐pulmonary tuberculosis accounts for less than 15% of all tuberculosis cases, while intestinal tuberculosis accounts for less than 1% of extra‐pulmonary forms of the disease. Abdominal organ involvement is more common, but extension to the ano‐perineal region is extremely rare.
