ABSTRACT Purpose To describe a surgical method for correcting lower lid entropion, lateral canthal entropion, and macroblepharon. Methods Lid margins were incised at a 45° angle, and lateral lid margins and a rhomboid shaped piece of skin were resected based on the degree of macroblepharon.

Abstract A 10‐month‐old, neutered, male domestic shorthair cat with outdoor access was presented with a thoracic wound, severe respiratory distress, cachexia, dehydration and pleural effusion. Imaging confirmed bilateral pyothorax. Haematology showed marked neutrophilia with left shift, mild anaemia, thrombocytopenia and lymphocytosis.

Abstract A 12‐year‐old, male intact, Papillon dog was presented following trauma from a motor vehicle accident. On arrival, the dog was laterally recumbent with neurological dysfunction (modified Glasgow coma scale 12) and multiple injuries, including right hip luxation and suspected haemorrhage.
