Abstract We report a rare case involving a 22‐year‐old phenotypically female patient who presented to our care with primary amenorrhea and spontaneous breast development. Hormonal analysis indicated hypergonadotropic hypogonadism, and imaging revealed a hypoplastic uterus and calcified ovaries.

Supplementation with NMN improves oocyte quality in a PCOS mouse model by restoring NAD+ levels, reducing oxidative stress, enhancing mitochondrial function, and preserving spindle integrity. Mechanistically, NMN activates SIRT1 expression via the NAD+ salvage pathway, offering a promising strategy to enhance in vitro maturation and fertility outcomes.
