Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Pelabelan Prima pada Kelas Graf Hasil Operasi Perkalian Tensor
A graph with a vertex set is said to be a prime graph if there exists a bijective mapping , where denotes the number of vertices in , such that for any two adjacent vertices and in have . Tensor Product graph is a way to combine (compose)

HcRPC: Highly Compact Reachability Preserving Graph Compression With Corrections
Graphs are used in numerous applications to model real-world systems and phenomena. The ever increasing size of graphs makes them difficult to query and analyze.

Independent point-set domination in line graphs
Line graph of a graph G is an intersection graph of the edge set E(G) of G. In this paper, we obtain a sharp upper bound on the diameter of graph G whose line graph is an ipsd graph (graph possessing an independent point-set dominating set) by ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Graph isomorphism for graph classes characterized by two forbidden induced subgraphs
We study the complexity of the Graph Isomorphism problem on graph classes that are characterized by a finite number of forbidden induced subgraphs, focusing mostly on the case of two forbidden subgraphs.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Designing classes’ interfaces for neural network graph model
An approach to testing artificial neural networks is described. The model of neural network is based on graph theory, and operations that are used in theoretical works devoted to graphs, trees, paths, cycles, and circuits.

Deep Domain Adaptation Based on Adversarial Network With Graph Regularization
Although most transfer learning methods can reduce the difference of the feature distributions between the source and target domains effectively, some classes in the two domains may still be misaligned after domain adaptation, especially for the classes ...
