Doppler Shift Estimation Method for Frequency Diverse Array Radar Based on Graph Signal Processing
In this paper, a novel Doppler shift estimation method for frequency diverse array (FDA) radar based on graph signal processing (GSP) theory is proposed and investigated. First, a well-designed graph signal model for a monostatic linear FDA is formulated.

Reliability and limitations of Impact-Echo Method for Thickness Measurement of Orthotropic Composite Plates [PDF]
In this paper, an Impact-Echo method has been used to numerically simulate low velocity impact of a steel ball on laminated composite plates in order to measure the plate's thickness.

Graph Embedding in the Graph Fractional Fourier Transform Domain
Spectral graph embedding plays a critical role in graph representation learning by generating low-dimensional vector representations from graph spectral information. However, the embedding space of traditional spectral embedding methods often exhibit limited expressiveness, failing to exhaustively capture latent structural features across alternative ...

Metal‐free carbon catalysts enable the sustainable synthesis of hydrogen peroxide via two‐electron oxygen reduction; however, active site complexity continues to hinder reliable interpretation. This review critiques correlation‐based approaches and highlights the importance of orthogonal experimental designs, standardized catalyst passports ...

Graph Equivalence Classes for Spectral Projector-Based Graph Fourier Transforms
We define and discuss the utility of two equivalence graph classes over which a spectral projector-based graph Fourier transform is equivalent: isomorphic equivalence classes and Jordan equivalence classes. Isomorphic equivalence classes show that the transform is equivalent up to a permutation on the node labels.

The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.

This study shows that alkaline leaching of PrBa0.8Ca0.2Co2O5+δ under anodic bias selectively removes Ba and Ca, forming a cobalt‐rich and amorphous layer. The modified surface significantly boosts ORR activity, offering a simple and effective strategy to improve electrochemical device performance.

Spin‐Split Edge States in Metal‐Supported Graphene Nanoislands Obtained by CVD
Combining STM measurements and ab‐initio calculations, we show that zig‐zag edges in graphene nanoislands grown on Ni(111) by CVD retrieve their spin‐polarized edge states after intercalation of a few monolayers of Au. ABSTRACT Spin‐split states localized on zigzag edges have been predicted for different free‐standing graphene nanostructures.

Polymorph‐Specific Electronic Transduction in WO3 during Molecular Sensing
Metal‐oxide polymorphs with similar surface chemistry can nevertheless exhibit distinct sensing properties. In γ‐ and ε‐WO3, analyte adsorption appears comparable; yet, only ε‐WO3 induces a pronounced lattice electronic perturbation that accommodates charge in sub‐conduction band minimum states.
