A 2D Laser SLAM Graph Optimization Based On A Position And Angle Partition And Cholesky Decomposition

open access: yesJournal of Applied Science and Engineering, 2023
The traditional 2D laser slam back-end graph optimization (LSBGO) is not efficient in some special situations, such as fast scene switching, limited computing time, and limited hardware facilities.

Circular RNA expression landscapes in myelodysplastic neoplasms: Associations with mutational signatures and disease progression

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
In this explorative study, the abundance of circular RNA molecules in bone marrow stem cells was found to be elevated in patients with high‐risk myelodysplastic neoplasms, and to be associated with an increased risk of progression to acute myeloid leukemia.

Unmanned vehicle fusion positioning method based on 3D point cloud map and ESKF

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2022
The precision of the unmanned vehicle positioning method based on map matching depends on the precision of the created map. The precision is less affected by the outside world. The method is suitable for unmanned vehicle positioning in complex scenarios.

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

GNSS/IMU/ODO/LiDAR-SLAM Integrated Navigation System Using IMU/ODO Pre-Integration

open access: yesSensors, 2020
In this paper, we proposed a multi-sensor integrated navigation system composed of GNSS (global navigation satellite system), IMU (inertial measurement unit), odometer (ODO), and LiDAR (light detection and ranging)-SLAM (simultaneous localization and ...

Graph-based Security and Privacy Analytics via Collective Classification with Joint Weight Learning and Propagation

open access: yes, 2019
Many security and privacy problems can be modeled as a graph classification problem, where nodes in the graph are classified by collective classification simultaneously. State-of-the-art collective classification methods for such graph-based security and

Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 increases metastatic potential and aggressiveness in colorectal cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) is a cancer stem cell marker in several malignancies. We established a novel epithelial cell line from rectal adenocarcinoma with unique overexpression of this enzyme. Genetic attenuation of ALDH1A1 led to increased invasive capacity and metastatic potential, the inhibition of proliferation activity, and ultimately ...

Visual-Based Position Estimation for Underwater Vehicles Using Tightly Coupled Hybrid Constrained Approach

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
A tightly coupled hybrid monocular visual SLAM system for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) is introduced in this paper. Specifically, we propose a robust three-step hybrid tracking strategy.

Targeted modulation of IGFL2‐AS1 reveals its translational potential in cervical adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Cervical adenocarcinoma patients face worse outcomes than squamous cell carcinoma counterparts despite similar treatment. The identification of IGFL2‐AS1's differential expression provides a molecular basis for distinguishing these histotypes, paving the way for personalized therapies and improved survival in vulnerable populations globally.
