SOME GRAPH PARAMETERS OF POWER SET GRAPHS
In this study, we examine some graph parameters such as the edge number, chromatic number, girth, domination number and clique number of power set graphs.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Powers of the vertex cover ideal of a chordal graph [PDF]
In this article, Cohen-Macaulay chordal graphs and generalized star graphs are studied to show that all powers of the vertex cover ideal of such graphs have linear quotients.

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...

The basis number of the powers of the complete graph [PDF]
A basis of the cycle space C(G) of a graph G is h-fold if each edge of G occurs in at most h cycles of the basis. The basis number b(G) of G is the least integer h such that C(G) has an h-fold basis.

Dormant cancer cells can hide in distant organs for years, evading treatment and the immune system. This review highlights how signals from the surrounding tissue and immune environment keep these cells inactive or trigger their reawakening. Understanding these mechanisms may help develop therapies to eliminate or control dormant cells and prevent ...

Representing abstract groups by powers of a graph [PDF]
We deal with the problem of representing several abstract groups simultaneously by one graph as automorphism groups of its powers. We call subgroups Γ1,…, Γn of a finite group Γ representable iff there is a graph G and an injective mapping φ from ∪i=1nΓi

Approximation Algorithms for Multicoloring Planar Graphs and Powers of Square and Triangular Meshes
A multicoloring of a weighted graph G is an assignment of sets of colors to the vertices of G so that two adjacent vertices receive two disjoint sets of colors. A multicoloring problem on G is to find a multicoloring of G.
