Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

Network slicing with spectrum sharing strategy in cognitive capacity harvesting network

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2021
To realizing the network slice with spectrum sharing in cognitive capacity harvesting network, a spectrum sharing strategy was proposed based on 4D conflict graph and opportunistic capacity.Firstly, a 4D conflict graph model for mesh network was built ...

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

On distance Laplacian spectrum of zero divisor graphs of the ring $\mathbb{Z}_{n}$

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2021
For a finite commutative ring $\mathbb{Z}_{n}$ with identity $1\neq 0$, the zero divisor graph $\Gamma(\mathbb{Z}_{n})$ is a simple connected graph having vertex set as the set of non-zero zero divisors, where two vertices $x$ and $y$ are adjacent if and

Identification of serum protein biomarkers for pre‐cancerous lesions associated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This work identified serum proteins associated with pancreatic epithelial neoplasms (PanINs) and early‐stage PDAC. Proteomics screens assessed genetically engineered mice with abundant PanINs, KPC mice (Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐KrasG12D/+ Lox‐STOP‐Lox‐Trp53R172H/+ Pdx1‐Cre) before PDAC development and also early‐stage PDAC patients (n = 31), compared to benign ...

On the spectral determinations of the connected multicone graphs

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics, 2020
In this study we investigate the spectra of the family of connected multicone graphs. A multicone graph is defined to be the join of a clique and a regular graph. Let , and be natural numbers, and let denote a complete graph on vertices.

Distance (signless) Laplacian spectrum of dumbbell graphs

open access: yesTransactions on Combinatorics, 2022
Summary: In this paper, we determine the distance Laplacian and distance signless Laplacian spectrum of generalized wheel graphs and a new class of graphs called dumbbell graphs.

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.
