A note on skew spectrum of graphs

open access: yesArs Comb., 2013
We give some properties of skew spectrum of a graph, especially, we answer negatively a problem concerning the skew characteristic polynomial and matching polynomial in [M. Cavers et al., Skew-adjacency matrices of graphs, Linear Algebra Appl. 436 (2012) 4512--4529].

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Signless Laplacian spectrum of power graphs of finite cyclic groups

open access: yesAKCE International Journal of Graphs and Combinatorics, 2020
In this paper, we have studied the Signless Laplacian spectrum of the power graph of finite cyclic groups. We have shown that is an eigen value of Signless Laplacian of the power graph of with multiplicity at least In particular, using the theory of ...

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Subsampling for graph power spectrum estimation

open access: yes, 2016
In this paper we focus on subsampling stationary random signals that reside on the vertices of undirected graphs. Second-order stationary graph signals are obtained by filtering white noise and they admit a well-defined power spectrum.

A light‐triggered Time‐Resolved X‐ray Solution Scattering (TR‐XSS) workflow with application to protein conformational dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Time‐resolved X‐ray solution scattering captures how proteins change shape in real time under near‐native conditions. This article presents a practical workflow for light‐triggered TR‐XSS experiments, from data collection to structural refinement. Using a calcium‐transporting membrane protein as an example, the approach can be broadly applied to study ...

Sparse Graph Learning with Spectrum Prior for Deep Graph Convolutional Networks

open access: yes, 2022
A graph convolutional network (GCN) employs a graph filtering kernel tailored for data with irregular structures. However, simply stacking more GCN layers does not improve performance; instead, the output converges to an uninformative low-dimensional ...

On the Spectrum, the Growth, and the Diameter of a Graph

open access: yesJournal of Combinatorial Theory, Series B, 1999
A lower bound is given for the harmonic mean of the growth in a finite undirected graph \(\Gamma\) in terms of the eigenvalues of the Laplacian of \(\Gamma\). For a connected graph, this bound is tight if and only if the graph is distance-regular. Bounds on the diameter of a ``sphere-regular'' graph follow.
