Toward Nanostructured Conducting Polymers: Synthesis, Synergies, Applications, and Sustainability

open access: yesInternational Journal of Polymer Science, Volume 2026, Issue 1, 2026.
Nanostructured conducting polymers (CPs) have emerged as promising materials due to their facile synthesis and remarkable mechanical, optical, and electrochemical properties, alongside superior environmental stability. This review provides an in‐depth analysis of prominent CPs, including polyaniline, polycarbazole, polypyrrole, polythiophene, and poly ...

From Chemistry to Solar Cells: The Central Role of Materials Innovation in Perovskite Photovoltaic Revolution

open access: yesTransformative Chemistry, Volume 1, Issue 1, December 2025.
Perovskite solar cells offer transformative potential with high efficiency and low cost but face commercialization barriers due to instability, lead toxicity, and scalability. This perspective highlights materials innovation—compositional engineering, additives, and interfaces—as central to overcoming these hurdles.

Oxychlorine Species on Mars: A Review

open access: yesReviews of Geophysics, Volume 63, Issue 4, December 2025.
Abstract Oxychlorine species (mainly perchlorate and chlorate) have been identified at multiple locations on the surface of Mars by both orbiter and in situ rovers. They have also been found in martian meteorites. Cl‐isotopes in meteoritic minerals suggest that an oxychlorine cycle has been operating on the martian surface for the last ∼4 billion years.
