USP8‐Governed MDA5 Homeostasis Promotes Innate Immunity and Autoimmunity
This study reveals that USP8 stabilizes MDA5 via AKT‐mediated phosphorylation (Ser718), enhancing their interaction and MDA5 deubiquitination.
