A GRAVITY MODEL OF TRADE TURNOVER BETWEEN UKRAINE AND THE EU [PDF]
Determining the conditions for further liberalization and the reality of long-term and effective trade and economic cooperation of Ukraine with the EU countries requires assessing the strength and probability of the influence of institutional factors ...

2D GRAVITY AND MATRIX MODELS I: 2D GRAVITY [PDF]
Some approaches to 2D gravity which have been developed in the last few years are reviewed. They are physical (Liouville) gravity, topological theories and matrix models. Special attention is paid to matrix models and their interrelations with different approaches. Almost all technical details are omitted, but examples are presented.

Objective Studies of damage accrual in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) show associations with disease activity measured by the SLE Disease Activity Index 2000 (SLEDAI‐2K), but these associations are imperfect. SLEDAI scores are powerfully influenced by weightings (1–8) assigned to each domain.

Overdeepenings in the Swiss plateau: U-shaped geometries underlain by inner gorges
We investigated the mechanisms leading to the formation of tunnel valleys in the Swiss foreland near Bern. We proceeded through producing 3D maps of the bedrock topography based on drillhole information and a new gravimetric survey combined with ...

Observer‐Based Adaptive Event‐Triggered Tracking Control for Fuzzy TS Systems With Premise Mismatch
This paper presents an adaptive logistic event‐triggered observer‐based tracking controller for Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy systems under constrained inputs and network delays. Leveraging a hybrid LMI and Secretary Bird Optimization approach, this strategy significantly minimizes communication overhead and computational burden while ensuring optimal reference ...

A novel workflow for investigating hydride vapor phase epitaxy for GaN bulk crystal growth is proposed. It combines Design of experiments (DoE) with physical simulations of mass transport and crystal growth kinetics, serving as an intermediate step between DoE and experiments.

The Uganda Gravimetric Geoid Model 2014 Computed by The KTH Method
For many developing countries such as Uganda, precise gravimetric geoid determination is hindered by the low quantity and quality of the terrestrial gravity data.

Starobinsky model in rainbow gravity [PDF]
In this paper, we study the Starobinsky model of inflation in the context of gravity's rainbow theory. We propose that gravity rainbow functions can be written in the power-law form of the Hubble parameter. We present a detailed derivation of the spectral index of curvature perturbation and the tensor-to-scalar ratio and compare the predictions of our ...

High‐Resolution Corrosion Fingerprinting of Alloy Libraries via Microdroplet Spectroelectrochemistry
Ionic‐liquid microdroplet spectroelectrochemistry enables stable, localized electrochemical measurements over extended timescales. By coupling impedance spectroscopy, wetting analysis, finite‐element simulations, and operando Raman spectroscopy, it disentangles geometrical and electrochemical effects, opening new opportunities for rapid corrosion ...
