Removal of Tramp Elements within 7075 Alloy by Super-Gravity Aided Rheorefining Method
An investigation was made on the super-gravity aided rheorefining process of recycled 7075 aluminum alloy in order to remove tramp elements. The separation temperatures in this study were selected as 609 °C, 617 °C and 625 °C. And the gravity

Shaping Matter with Acoustic Waves: From Particles to Functional Structures
Acoustic‐directed assembly is reviewed as a materials‐oriented strategy for organizing particles, polymers, metals, and biological systems into functional structures. The review distinguishes reversible manipulation from permanent structure formation through medium fixation, particle fixation, and in situ material generation, highlighting routes toward

Phase separation in a gravity field
We prove here well-posedness and convergence to equilibria for the solution trajectories associated to a model for solidification of a liquid content of a rigid container in a gravity field. We observe that the gravity effects, which can be neglected without considerable changes of the process on finite time intervals, have a substantial influence on ...

Multidimensional Cellular Micro‐Compartments to Model Invasive Lobular Carcinoma Dormancy
Invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) is an understudied subtype of breast cancer that is susceptible to late recurrences. In this study, micro‐compartmentalization techniques spanning multiple dimensions, including 2D, pseudo‐3D, and 3D, are integrated to uncover the mechanisms underlying ILC dormancy, revealing the central role of p27Kip1.

Application of gravity separators for enrichment of South Chah-Palang tungsten ore [PDF]
In the present study, the possibility of concentrating tungsten-copper vein ore in South Chah-Palang was examined using gravity separators including Jig Machine (-2360+600 μm), shaking table (-600+120 μm), and multi-gravity separator (MGS) (-120 μm). The

Transport Processes and Separation in Zero-Gravity Destillation [PDF]
Zero-gravity distillation is a micro distillation process, in which the liquid flow is driven by capillary forces, similar to a heat pipe. In this study, the separation of ethanol-methanol mixtures in a zero-gravity distillation apparatus is investigated.
