Local Directional Probability Optimization for Quantification of Blurred Gray/White Matter Junction in Magnetic Resonance Image

open access: yesFrontiers in Computational Neuroscience, 2017
The blurred gray/white matter junction is an important feature of focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) lesions. FCD is the main cause of epilepsy and can be detected through magnetic resonance (MR) imaging. Several earlier studies have focused on computing the

7T MRI with post-processing for the presurgical evaluation of pharmacoresistant focal epilepsy

open access: yesTherapeutic Advances in Neurological Disorders, 2021
Background: We aimed to evaluate the diagnostic yield of seven-tesla (7T) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with post-processing of three-dimensional (3D) T1-weighted (T1W) images by the morphometric analysis program (MAP) in epilepsy surgical candidates ...

Four-Dimension Cross Constellations with Gray Mapping

open access: yesCoRR, 2019
Recently a four-dimension (4D) cross constellation has been proposed, where a 4D-vector is drawn from two $(3\times 4^m)$-ary QAM constellations, in an effort to reduce the peak-to-average-power ratio (PAPR). We construct a bits-to-signal mapping and prove that it is a Gray mapping.

Association Between Dinutuximab Beta Exposure and Post‐End‐of‐Treatment Survival in Neuroblastoma: A Weighted Patient‐Level Analysis of Three Clinical Studies

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objectives The association between exposure to dinutuximab beta (DB) and event‐free survival (EFS) or overall survival (OS) of neuroblastoma patients was assessed using data collected during three clinical trials (five cohorts). Methods A systematic review (March 2026) was conducted to identify relevant studies (prospective; registered DB ...

Construction of Gray maps for groups of order 16

open access: yesCoRR, 2016
In this paper we consider Type 1 Gray maps and Type 2 Gray maps for groups of order 16. First, we confirm that we can construct Type 1 Gray maps for all groups of order 16, and we actually construct them. Next, we confirm that we can construct Type 2 Gray maps for several groups of order 16, and we construct all such maps.

Immunoglobulin Depletion and Recovery Following Blinatumomab in Infants With KMT2A‐Rearranged ALL

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Adding blinatumomab to standard chemotherapy for infants with KMT2A‐rearranged acute B‐cell lymphoblastic leukemia (KMT2A‐r B‐ALL) improves outcomes. Although blinatumomab impairs immunoglobulin G (lgG) production, increasing infection susceptibility, IgG recovery remains poorly understood.

Navigability Analysis of Local Gravity Map With Projection Pursuit-Based Selection Method by Using Gravitation Field Algorithm

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2019
The positioning accuracy of the gravity-aided navigation is closely related to the selection of local gravity maps. In this paper, the local gravity maps are converted into 8-bit gray images.

On the Gray index of phantom maps

open access: yesTopology, 2005
A phantom map from a CW complex \(X\) to a space \(Y\) is a map such that the restrictions to the skeleta \(X_n\) are all null-homotopic. A phantom map \(f\) has finite Gray index if there exists \(n\) such that every extension of \(f\) over the cone on \(X_{n+1}\) is a phantom map. For \(X\) and \(Y\) of finite type, it has been conjectured that every

Natural Killer Cells in Paediatric Soft Tissue Sarcomas: A Systematic Review

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Paediatric soft tissue sarcomas (pSTS) are a rare and heterogeneous group of malignant tumours arising in tissues of mesenchymal origin. The role of natural killer (NK) cells in pSTS remains poorly understood, with evidence fragmented across small preclinical studies and early‐phase clinical trials.

Linear Skew Cyclic Codes over 𝔽qS

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica
In this study, we focus on skew cyclic codes over the family of rings 𝔽q S where q is a power of a prime number and S = 𝔽q + v𝔽q with v2 = v. Structural properties of these codes are studied in detail. Obtained results lead us to characterize 𝔽q S-linear
