Linear Skew Cyclic Codes over đ˝qS
In this study, we focus on skew cyclic codes over the family of rings đ˝q S where q is a power of a prime number and S = đ˝q + vđ˝q with v2 = v. Structural properties of these codes are studied in detail. Obtained results lead us to characterize đ˝q S-linear

ABSTRACT Immune effector cellâassociated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosisâlike syndrome (IECâHS) is a lifeâthreatening hyperinflammatory toxicity distinct from cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and neurotoxicity following chimeric antigen receptor Tâcell (CARâT) therapy. In a singleâinstitution retrospective cohort of pediatric and young adult patients

Mapping the evolution of mitochondrial complex I through structural variation
Respiratory complex I (CI) is crucial for bioenergetic metabolism in many prokaryotes and eukaryotes. It is composed of a conserved set of core subunits and additional accessory subunits that vary depending on the organism. Here, we categorize CI subunits from available structures to map the evolution of CI across eukaryotes. Respiratory complex I (CI)

On the Construction of Quantum and LCD Codes from Cyclic Codes over the Finite Commutative Rings
Let Fq be a field of order q, where q is a power of an odd prime p, and Îą and β are two non-zero elements of Fq. The primary goal of this article is to study the structural properties of cyclic codes over a finite ring R=Fq[u1,u2]/â¨u12âÎą2,u22âβ2,u1u2 ...

Mapping the 'gray area' â commentary to Tulumello
As a response to Simone Tulumelloâs essay âGeneralization, epistemology and concrete: what can social sciences learn from the common sense of engineersâ, in this commentary I reflect on some of the issues that I consider key elements in his provocative original text.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stressâresponsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5Ⲡuntranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

$Z_4$-codes and their Gray map images as orthogonal arrays
A classic result of Delsarte connects the strength (as orthogonal array) of a linear code with the minimum weight of its dual: the former is one less than the latter. We show that Delsarte's observation extends to codes over arbitrary finite rings. Since the paper of Hammons \emph{et al.}, there is a lot of interest in codes over rings, especially in ...

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a lowâcost, minimal fragment library
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by Xâray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.
