Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

Green’s function approach to the non-relativistic radial wavefunction using Hulthen potential
An approximate analytical solution to the radial Schrodinger equation for the generalized Hulthen potential is derived using a modified centrifugal term approximation method.

A Novel Scheme with FG-FFT for Analysis of Electromagnetic Scattering from Large Objects
The replacement values to the singularity of fitting Green’s function are intensively researched in Fitting Green’s function Fast Fourier Transformation (FG-FFT).

Green’s Function of a Dressed Particle [PDF]
We present a new, highly efficient yet accurate approximation for the Green's functions of dressed particles, using the Holstein polaron as an example. Instead of summing a subclass of diagrams (e.g. the non-crossed ones, in the self-consistent Born approximation (SCBA)), we sum all the diagrams, but with each diagram averaged over its free propagators'

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Green's function topology of Majorana wires
We represent the $\mathbb {Z}_2$ topological invariant characterizing a one-dimensional topological superconductor using a Wess–Zumino–Witten dimensional extension. The invariant is formulated in terms of the single-particle Green's function which allows

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.

Green's function based finite element formulations for isotropic seepage analysis with free surface
A solution procedure using the Green's function based finite element method (FEM) is presented for two-dimensional nonlinear steady-state seepage analysis with the presence of free surface in isotropic dams.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Deep Generalized Green's Function
In this study, we address the challenge of obtaining a Green's function operator for linear partial differential equations (PDEs). The Green's function is well-sought after due to its ability to directly map inputs to solutions, bypassing the need for common numerical methods such as finite difference and finite elements methods.
