Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

GREEN'S FUNCTION FOR RIGIDLY FIXED PLATE

open access: yesStructural Mechanics of Engineering Constructions and Buildings, 2010
A problem of finding of displacements of a rigidly fixed plate loaded by concentrated force is examined. As an example, there was taken a triangle plate for which the function of Green was built with the help of the system «Mathematica».

Longitudinal circulating tumor DNA profiling in patients with advanced endometrial cancer using an off‐the‐shelf targeted NGS panel

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Iterative Integro-Differential Techniques Based on Green’s Function for Two-Point Boundary-Value Problems of Ordinary Differential Equations

open access: yesAxioms
Several iterative integro-differential formulations for two-point, second- and third-order, nonlinear, boundary-value problems of ordinary differential equations based on Green’s functions and the method of variation of parameters are presented.

Circulating tumor cell viability during and after radiotherapy mirrors treatment response in cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy (RT) response depends on the DNA repair capacity of tumor and host cells. We show that circulating tumor cell (CTC) counts and apoptosis rates before and after RT predict treatment response and outcome, which can be accessed via easily accessible liquid biopsy approaches. A causality-based divide-and-conquer algorithm for nonequilibrium Green’s function calculations with quantics tensor trains

open access: yesSciPost Physics
We propose a causality-based divide-and-conquer algorithm for nonequilibrium Green's function calculations with quantics tensor trains. This algorithm enables stable and efficient extensions of the simulated time domain by exploiting the causality of ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

Green's Function for Discrete Second-Order Problems with Nonlocal Boundary Conditions

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2011
We investigate a second-order discrete problem with two additional conditions which are described by a pair of linearly independent linear functionals.

Towards spectral theory of the Nonstationary Schr\"{o}dinger equation with a two-dimensionally perturbed one-dimensional potential

open access: yes, 2004
The Nonstationary Schr\"{o}dinger equation with potential being a perturbation of a generic one-dimensional potential by means of a decaying two-dimensional function is considered here in the framework of the extended resolvent approach.
