We explicitly calculate the Green functions describing quantum changes of topology in Friedmann-Lemaître-Robertson-Walker Universes whose spacelike sections are compact but endowed with distinct topologies. The calculations are performed using the long wavelength approximation at second order in the gradient expansion.
