The greening of strategic HRM scholarship

open access: yesOrganization Management Journal, 2010
The topic of environmental sustainability is attracting increased attention among management scholars. Despite its importance to managers, employees, customers and other stakeholders, however, there is very little scholarship that considers the role of human resource management systems in organizations striving to achieve environmental sustainability ...

Targeted Degradation of STING by a Neutrophil Membrane‐Coated Nanoplatform Suppresses Microglial Pyroptosis After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MG1@NM‐Px serves as a microglia‐targeted STING‐degrading nanoplatform for subarachnoid hemorrhage. Following systemic administration, it crosses the blood–brain barrier and accumulates in activated microglia. STP1‐mediated STING ubiquitination and degradation suppress MAPK/inflammasome signaling, GSDME‐mediated pyroptosis, and IL‐1β release, revealing ...

Targeted β‐Glucan‐Veiled Oral Apremilast Nanotherapy Modulates Key Dysbiosis‐Associated Gut Microbiota and Alleviates Ulcerative Colitis‐Associated Anxiety, Depression, and Neuropsychiatric Behaviors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study introduces β‐glucan‐shielded apremilast laden nanomicelles that withstand gastrointestinal degradation, selectively accumulate in inflamed colon tissue, and modulate the microbiota–gut–brain axis. The formulation restores barrier integrity, reduces systemic and neuroinflammation, and improves anxiety‐ and depression‐like behaviors in colitis

Molecular Dynamics‐Guided Sterol Engineering of mRNA‐Lipid Nanoparticles Reprograms Biodistribution and Enhances Spleen‐Selective Immunity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Sterol engineering enables precise control of mRNA lipid nanoparticles by tuning membrane organization. Replacing cholesterol with bile acid‐derived sterols redirects protein expression from the liver to the spleen. Notably, CA‐20 LNP enhances antigen‐specific immune responses while exhibiting a favorable safety profile, highlighting sterols as a ...

An Overview of Green HRM

open access: yes, 2019
ABSTRACTEconomic energy, the narrative goes, is changing to emerging markets. But, once we consider the actions of MNCs the rhetoric of abrupt expansion in emerging markets likewise hides insecurities and uncertainties. It shows that a lot of this previous research concentrated on several acts of HRM like recruiting, development and training ...

Synchronized Imaging of Hydrogen Peroxide and Hydroxyl Radical in Pyroptosis and Epilepsy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐responsive fluorescent probe, HH, enables synchronized visualization of H2O2 and •OH through spectrally resolved green and red channels. By tracking redox dynamics in pyroptosis and epilepsy models, HH reveals ROS elevation during seizure‐like pathology and supports evaluation of antioxidant and antiepileptic therapeutic interventions.

Engineering Synergistic Intra‐/Intermolecular Conformational Locking via Side‐Chain Branching: A β‐Sheet‐Inspired Strategy for Planar NIR‐II Phototheranostic Aggregates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A bio‐inspired side‐chain branching strategy is developed to orchestrate a dual noncovalent conformational locking (NoCL) network, enabling the construction of perfectly planar NIR‐II phototheranostic aggregates. Such structural precision maximizes light‐harvesting efficiency and optimizes exciton dynamics, ensuring synchronized enhancements in NIR‐II ...
