From green product definitions and classifications to the Green Option Matrix

Journal of Cleaner Production, 2010
Abstract Hybrid cars, recycled products, photovoltaic cells, bioplastics: why so different products can be called ‘green’? Which practices companies willing to develop green products should implement? How companies can easily and effectively communicate to stakeholders the environmental features of their green products?

Matrix metalloproteinase inhibition by green tea catechins

BBA - Proteins and Proteomics, 2000
We have investigated the effects of different biologically active components from natural products, including green tea polyphenols (GTP), resveratrol, genistein and organosulfur compounds from garlic, on matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2, MMP-9 and MMP-12 activities.

A Matrix-Friendly Formulation of Layered Medium Green's Function

IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters, 2006
In this letter, we have proposed an alternative and elegant way of deriving the matrix representation of the dyadic Green's operator for layered media in the electric field integral equation. The derivation is based on the pilot vector potential approach where two vector potentials in terms of TE and TM fields are derived.

A generating integral for matrix elements of the Coulomb Green’s function

Journal of Mathematical Physics, 1982
The generating integral Il(λ,λ′;E) =∫d3r d3r′ exp(−λr−λ′r′)(rr′)l−1 ×Ȳl,m(̄θ̄,̄φ̄)̄G(r,r′;E) ×Yl,m(θ′,φ′) is evaluated, where the Coulomb Green’s function G is the inverse (E−H)−1 with H the hydrogenic Hamiltonian −(1/2) ∇2−Zr−1 and Yl,m is a spherical harmonic.

The scattering matrix and the Green functions

2021
Abstract In this chapter, the book begins to develop a perturbative formalism to describe the interactions of quantized fields and, in particular, the interactions of particles in terms of their quantum fields. Quantum scattering requires the description of particle interactions and asymptotic states, which are introduced in detail.

Transfer matrix and matrix Green function: the matching problem

Physica Scripta, 1990
The connection between the Green function and the transfer matrix is extended beyond the case of one single differential equation – e.g. a one band model. The Surface Green Function Matching analysis is thus performed in terms of transfer matrices when the Green functions involved are matrices.
