Transient ground effect aerodynamics

The aerodynamic development of vehicles in wind tunnels is currently performed via a series of static measurements. However, vehicles exploiting ground effect tend to be highly dynamic undergoing rapid changes in speed and attitude. Clearly therefore there is scope for an improvement in the fidelity of testing.

Cutaneous Melanoma Drives Metabolic Changes in the Aged Bone Marrow Immune Microenvironment

Aging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Melanoma, the deadliest form of skin cancer, increasingly affects older adults. Our study reveals that melanoma induces changes in iron and lipid levels in the bone marrow, impacting immune cell populations and increasing susceptibility to ferroptosis.
