Application of multiple resistive superconducting fault-current limiters for fast fault detection in highly interconnected distribution systems [PDF]
Superconducting fault-current limiters (SFCLs) offer several benefits for electrical distribution systems, especially with increasing distributed generation and the requirements for better network reliability and efficiency.

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

High impedance fault location: Generalized extension for ground faults
Abstract This paper presents an impedance-based method to estimate the fault location in transmission lines. The mathematical formulation uses a generalized equation for the estimation of the fault distance, which does not depend on the fault type, and its solution is obtained by the application of a least squares method.

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.
