Using nanobeam photoemission, we demonstrate imaging of the in‐plane and out‐of‐plane electric field landscape within a metal–semiconductor van der Waals heterostructure. We provide evidence for Schottky barrier formation that depends on the semiconductor thickness. ABSTRACT Achieving high‐performance optoelectronic devices based on two‐dimensional van

ANALYSIS OF WIND TURBINE GROUNDING SYSTEMS IN TERMS OF TOUCH AND STEP VOLTAGES
Power generation from renewable resources is increasingly growing. The numbers of wind turbines and wind farms are increasing as well. Wind turbines and wind farms require grounding systems in order to protect the living creatures and turbine components ...

Grain boundaries (GBs) in polycrystalline materials often block charge transport and drive degradation. Using Gd‐doped CeO2 as a model electrolyte used in fuel/electrolysis cells, we developed a core‐shell infiltration method to selectively modify GB chemistry and space charge potential, achieving orders‐of‐magnitude ionic conductivity changes.

Wearable Kirigami‐Apertured Capacitive Sensors for Continuous Cardiac Volumetric Monitoring
A wearable kirigami‐apertured carbon nanotube‐paper composite (K‐CPC) capacitive sensor enables cardiac volumetric monitoring. The kirigami process creates a central aperture with cantilevered fibers that confine the electric field, enhancing both sensitivity and lateral resolution.

A fully polymeric two‐dimensional array of Dielectric Elastomers enables self‐sensing, cooperative actuation, and large‐stroke operation in a DE‐based autonomous conveyor. Based only on voltage and current measurements at actuator level, the system detects the presence of a ball and subsequently drives it toward a target position.

Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

Network Topology Governs Photocatalytic Water Splitting in Organic Two‐Dimensional Crystals
Network topology in organic two‐dimensional crystals (O2DCs) dictates the photocatalytic water splitting performance. Kagome‐lattice O2DCs exhibit strong electron‐hole mass asymmetry, spatially separated carriers, and longer recombination lifetimes, exceeding rhombic isomers.

2D Co‐Assembly of Solid Acids Enables Stable Superprotonic Conduction Above 260°C
A two‐dimensional co‐assembly strategy integrates antimony phosphate and phosphotungstic acid nanosheets into free‐standing inorganic lamellar membranes with confined acid–acid interfaces. The resulting interfacial hydrogen‐bond network enables anhydrous proton conductivity exceeding 0.1 S cm−1 at 260°C and supports stable high‐temperature fuel‐cell ...
