Gait Initiation Impairment in Patients with Parkinson’s Disease and Freezing of Gait
Freezing of gait (FOG) is a sudden episodic inability to produce effective stepping despite the intention to walk. It typically occurs during gait initiation (GI) or modulation and may lead to falls.

Inverse limits of solvable groups [PDF]
In this paper we generalize to groups of Galois type some results of P. Hall on finite solvable groups [l; 2; 3]. We need, in a modified form, some results of van Dantzig: the definition of supernatural numbers (which are related to van Dantzig's universal numbers) and Theorem 5, which he proved for ordinary ?>-Sylow subgroups [6].

Classically, an abelian group $G$ is said to be slender if every homomorphism from the countable product $\mathbb Z^{\mathbb N}$ to $G$ factors through the projection to some finite product $\mathbb Z^n$. Various authors have proposed generalizations to non-commutative groups, resulting in a plethora of similar but not completely equivalent concepts ...

$\cPA$-isomorphisms of inverse semigroups
A partial automorphism of a semigroup $S$ is any isomorphism between its subsemigroups, and the set all partial automorphisms of $S$ with respect to composition is the inverse monoid called the partial automorphism monoid of $S$.

Perturbation of Dual Group Generalized Inverse and Group Inverse
Symmetry plays a crucial role in the study of dual matrices and dual matrix group inverses. This paper is mainly divided into two parts. We present the definition of the spectral norm of a dual real matrix A^, (which is usually represented in the form A^=A+εA0, A and A0 are, respectively, the standard part and the infinitesimal part of A^) and two ...

Contraction groups and scales of automorphisms of totally disconnected locally compact groups
We study contraction groups for automorphisms of totally disconnected locally compcat groups using the scale of the automorphism as a tool. The contraction group is shown to be unbounded when the inverse automorphism has non-trivial scale and this scale ...

Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar Sparse Imaging Exploiting the Group Dictionary Learning
Sparse imaging relies on sparse representations of the target scenes to be imaged. Predefined dictionaries have long been used to transform radar target scenes into sparse domains, but the performance is limited by the artificially designed or existing ...

Generalized inverses over integral domains. II. group inverses and Drazin inverses
This is a continuation of an earlier paper by the authors [ibid. 140, 181--196 (1990; Zbl 0712.15004)] on generalized inverses over integral domains. The main results consist of necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a group inverse, a new formula for a group inverse when it exists, and necessary and sufficient conditions for the ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Gonadal Dysfunction in Wolfram Syndrome: A Prospective Study
Background: Wolfram syndrome (WFS), also known as DIDMOAD, is a rare monogenic neurodegenerative disorder characterized by four key components: non-autoimmune insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (DM), optic atrophy, sensorineural hearing loss, and ...
