Phosphodiesterase‐5 Inhibition and Alzheimer's Disease Risk: A Mendelian Randomisation Study
Preclinical studies suggest PDE5 inhibitors may improve cognition, but observational evidence on Alzheimer's disease (AD) risk is mixed. We performed a cis‐Mendelian randomisation analysis across four AD genome‐wide association studies (GWAS) datasets and a sex‐stratified analysis using UK Biobank data.
